Ingredients
226 gram(s) Seedless Green Grapes (10 grapes/serv - 49 grams) 8 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin 8 cup slices Pears, fresh 4 cherry (NLEA serving) Maraschino cherries 4 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 4 cup Apple juice, unsweetened
Directions
Wash, peal, core, and dice pears and apples. If you have peaches you can certainly put them in the mix. Bath the diced fruit in a solution of 1 gallon of water to 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent browning of the fruit.

Slice 1/2 cup of Maraschino cherries in half. Peal core and dice the fresh pineapple.

Toss the fruits together and pack into clean quart jars. Fill with apple juice leaving a 1/2 inch head space at the top to the jar. Top with a hot canning lid and ring. Process for the amount of time of the fruit that has the longest processing time for your area.

My mix processed in a boiling water bath for forty minutes.
