Wedding Cake Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
1 cup Butter, salted 3 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream Vanilla Extract to tasteGel Food color, if needed
Directions
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until mixed on low. Add 1-2TBSP of heavy whipping cream and Vanilla Extract.

Mix in gel food color if wanting any color other than white. Do not use liquid food dye, as that will change the consistency of the frosting and may not stay thick and creamy.

Make sure to keep refrigerated and set items out for 5-10 min before eating!
