1 cup Low fat cream cheese 1.5 cup Butter, salted 2.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup, ground Almonds 1 cup, ground Walnuts 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Bring all ingredients to room temp. Cream butter, cream cheese & sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time and then add vanilla. Slowly Mix in flours (white flour & ground nuts) and flax until completely incorporated.
Cook in greased bunt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 min.
