EVOO 2 TBSPCanned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Hummus, 2 tbsp (remove)2 teaspoons curry,2 teaspoons turmeric
Saute diced veggies in EVOO. Add hummus and tomatoes. Add spices. Blend to puree. Pour over cooked capellini.
