1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap 1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 1 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed 1 tbsp buckwheat honey (by PRIMARY2) 8 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened
Combine all ingredients except honey in a 2cup container. Sit in the refrigerator overnight. Add 1 Tbs buckwheat honey in the morning just before eating. Can be heated or eaten cold.
