Chili Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
1 bag of Pasta (any short pasta will work fine)1 lb lean ground beef1 can (15 oz) Tomato sauce1 med sized onion1 can (4 oz) Diced green chiles, La Victoria are very good1 tsp Chili powdersaltpepper3/4 c. shredded american cheese
Directions
Cook pasta. Brown ground beef and drain out grease. Dice up the whole onion. Add tomato sauce, diced onion, whole can of green chiles (don't drain first), chili powder to ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix pasta and beef and sauce mixture together and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.

Serves 8

Good with a small spoonful of light sour cream on top.
