1 serving Sunbeam Sandwich Bread (2 slices) 1 serving Prego Pizza Sauce (1/4 cup) 0.5 serving Hormel original pillow pack pepperoni 2 serving Private Selection Mozzarella Sliced Cheese (1 slice) 2 serving Butter (country Crock lite) 1 tbsp (by TRAVELADY99)
Heat a medium skillet. Add butter and let melt. Put bread in skillet, top both slices with sauce, place mozzarella on top of sauce on each slice of bread, and then divide slices of pepperoni and place on cheese. Cook for 2 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and bread begins to brown on bottom. Then place the bread together, as a sandwich, and continue to cook for 3 minutes more or until the cheese has melted.
