Apricot-Cranberry Granola

Ingredients
4 cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats (1/4 cup dry) 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tbsp Adam's 100% Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter 3 tbsp Ocean Spray Craisins Reduced Sugar 0.5 tbsp Maple Syrup 3 serving Pecans, Raw - 3 full pecans 6 tsp packed Brown Sugar 0.25 cup, halves Apricots, dried
Directions
mix ingredients (minus dried fruit) in a bowl. Pour on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20mins. Open oven, stir mixture and bake 10 minutes more- take out when bottom crumbs are golden and you can smell the sweetness permeate through your kitchen.
