Baked Salmon

Ingredients
Salmon Fillets, 12 oz ( 2- 6 oz. fillets) Soy sauce , low sodium, 0.3 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Marinate salmon in soy sauce for several hours. Drain soy sauce. Place fillets, skin side down, in glass pan. Bake, uncovered, for about 18 minutes til it flakes.
