(5) 6-oz cans of tuna in water, drained1/4 c Eggbeaters -OR- 1 whole egg1/3 to 1/2 c mayo, fat free (this affects the moisture of the patty, so measure is to personal preference)2 1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard (or creole, which completely changes the taste of the patty)2 tsp celery seed (I often use more just because we like it)1/4 diced onionappx 2/3 c plain bread crumbs (again, quantity affects moisture so adjust as preferred)1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp white pepper (optional)I also use about 1/3 to 1/2 c olive oil for frying, depending on pan size. It should do more than just coat the bottom, or the patties will stick!
Fry patties 10-15 minutes over med-high heat, flipping about halfway through cook time.
Drain on paper towels
Depending on your patty size, this should render 8-10 servings (1 patty)
