Ingredients
300 grams Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 1 cup Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce) 200 gram(s) Dueto Milho e Ervilha - Goiás Verde 3 cup Beans, black
Directions
1. Cook ground beef in a skillet in medium heat until brown
2. Add tomato sauce, corn and peas. Stir in low heat for 7 minutes
3. On the side, cook the rice and the quinoa.
4. Enjoy
