Ingredients
1.75 cup Rye flour, light 3 cup Flour, white 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.33 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1.5 tsp Salt 60 grams Vital wheat gluten 1.5 ounce Yeast, bakers
Directions
1. Place in bread maker in order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Start the "Regular White" cycle.
