Today's Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
Red Potato, 600 grams (about four)Beans, pinto, cooked 1.5 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 3 cloves Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Cornbread, 4 piece
Directions
start potatoes in cold water.
saute onions, garlic, celery in a bit of olive oil
brown beef at same time
mix water and yogurt to milk consistency

Drain beef & potatoes when finished.
to Potatoes - add yogurt S&P - VOILA mashed potatos sans lactose!
Combine beef, sauted veges, corn, beans in casserole dish
top evenly with 'taters
top 'taters evenly with crumbled corn bread
top cornbread evenly with cheese.

Broil until cheese melted and browning.
