Oat Flour Waffles

Ingredients
3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 tsp Salt 4 tsp Baking Powder 6 tsp packed Brown Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 5.28 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Grind Oats in a food processor until flour like consistency, add dry ingredients. Mix one cup of whole milk with one cup of hot water, add eggs and EVOO. Let sit until batter becomes thick.
