Lentils and Brown Rice Curry

1 cup Lentils 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 1tsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Curry powder 2 tsp Paprika 4 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Saute all ingredients except lentil and rice for 10 minutes
Add lentils and cook for 40-45 additional minutes over low-medium heat in a cast iron dutch oven
Serve 1 cup of lentils over 1 cup of the brown rice.
