Ingredients
1 pkt Egg Drop Soup Mix2 1/2 cups water1/4 cup Chopped Mushrooms1 Egg1/4 cup Green OnionsAdd 1/2 tbsp of Lite Soy Sauce to taste (included in Calorie Count)Add Grilled Tofu if desired for a more hearty soup (not included in Calorie Count)
Directions
Add Soup mix, mushrooms and green onions (and optional grilled tofu) to water and bring to a boil. When boiling add well-beaten egg to the mix and stir.

Pour yourself a bowl and add soy sauce to taste.
