22 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 7 serving LaTortilla factory high fiber low carb large whole wheat tortilla 2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 6 tbsp Butter, salted .33 cup Flour, white 4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 2 cup Sour Cream 8 oz Green Chiles (Whole)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 9x13 pan
Cook chicken and shred
Mix chicken & 1 Cup of cheese
In a sauce pan, melt butter, stir in flour and cook 1 min. Add chicken broth and whisk until smooth, heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Stir in sour cream and chiles, do not boil!
Add to cups of sauce to chicken cheese mix, roll mixture up into tortillas and place in pan.
pour remaining sauce over tortillas and sprinkle remaining cheese over tortillas
Bake @ 30 minutes till bubbly hot
Serving Size: 1 Tortilla wrap with assoc sauce and cheese
