Ingredients
1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 4 clove Garlic 8 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella 2 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese 1 serving Panera Bread - French Baguette Side Portion 20 serving Panera Bread French (baguette, miche) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp Basil 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze from Modena, Itally (by GIA RUSSA) (by STEPHANIED7)
Directions
slice baguette into 1/4 in. slices on the bias. Brush lightly with olive oil, flash in oven. Meanwhile with a food processor, chop up all other ingredients and mix together. Spoon on the baguette slices. Reflash in oven just till warm. Drizzle with glaze and serve.
