4 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Salt 2 lbs. Organic Prairie grassfed ground beef 15.5 -oz. jar Salsa (your choice of heat)
Brown the ground beef. Stir in the salsa, chili powder, and salt. Let simmer for about 15 minutes, OR put in your slow cooker, and cook on low until time for dinner -- at least an hour, but the amount of time doesn't really matter because everything is cooked. The simmering or slow cooker time helps to soften the veggies (onions etc...) in the salsa.
Serve in bowls with your choice of toppings: sour cream, avocado, chopped onion, peppers, shredded cheese, etc...
