Homemade Potato Soup

Ingredients
3 Large peeled diced potato's1 Can Drained AlbacoreChives 1 tsp.Milk 2% 3 cupsDash or so of Salt and Pepper
Directions
Peel and dice Potato's
Cover with water in Medium Sauce Pan add salt and bring to boil. Let cook till tender. Drain most of water. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until hot. Serve plain or with crackers
