3.5 serving garbonzo beans 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 12 tbsp WOODSTOCK ALL NATURAL TAHINI 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce 1 dash Salt
Directions
No cooking- I blend the ingredients to the consistency that I want. For fewer calories, take out the tahini.
