Tuscan Tortelloni Soup

Ingredients
5 cup Buitoni Sweet Italian Sausage Tortelloni (1 20oz package)3 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes (2 cans)6 cup Homemade vegetable stock (by ABOGLESBEE) 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 3 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic minced3 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933) Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all vegetables and stock in a large pot and simmer until vegetables are tender (do not drain tomatoes).

Cook tortelloni separately according to package.

Serve 3/4 cup tortelloni and 2 cups soup.
