Ingredients
3 c cooked chickpeas, salt and pepper to taste, 3 T olive oil, 3 T tahini, juice of 1.5 limes, 3 cloves garlic, water
Directions
add all ingredients to food processor. process til smooth, adding water until desired consistency. the amount of water i added yielded 3 cups, with serving size of 2 T.

    Deliciouso, I will admit I added a teaspoon of cumin and only used 1 garlic. I eat this on toasted arnold sandwich thins. - 9/25/09
