1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 200 gram(s) dates, stoned, whitworths 15 g Icing Sugar (UK)
Whizz it all together in a food processor. Divide into 18 balls. Roll in icing sugar, chopped/ground nuts, cocoa, cacao, coconut or whatever you fancy but you will need to alter the recipe for the things that you add. I used icing sugar.
Keep them in the fridge in a sealed container.if you can!..Nom nom ;)
