1 tsp Salt 0.10 fl oz Water, tap 5.40 fl oz Water, tap 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 4 cup Flour, white 2 serving Red Star Quick Rise Yeast - 1 packet 2 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tsp Rosemary 2 tsp Thyme, ground 2 tsp Basil .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2) In a small bowl, mix yeast, 2/3 tsp warm water, and 1 tsp sugar.
3) Let yeast mixture rest until foamy, about 5 minutes.
4) In a large bowl, mix salt, flour, sugar, and 2/3 C water.
5) Knead dough for about 3 minutes.
6) Coat a large bowl with oil, place dough ball in, and cover. Let rise 45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
7) Roll dough out, lightly, and stretch to fit your pan.
8) Top with marinara, and your choice of toppings.
9) Bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
