Jenni's Power Packed Chili

Ingredients
32 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1.75 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes 2 cup HEB Central Market Organics Free Range Chicken Broth Low Sodium 14 oz Onion, sweet, raw 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 8 clove Garlic 3 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup Spinach, fresh 4 tbsp Chili powder 1.5 cup Beans, black 1 cup, chopped or diced Hot Chili Peppers 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
Dice onions. Rough chop peppers. Skin garlic cloves. Place peppers and garlic cloves in oven to roast, 10-12 minutes. Sweat onions, add ground turkey, brown. Put kale and spinach in blender with 1 cup broth. Add diced tomatoes and canned black beans to pot with onions and meat. Once peppers and garlic are cooled slightly, add to blender. Blend. Add blended mix to pot. Add dry spices. Add remaining broth. Bring to boil, then cook on low for 1 hour.
