Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breast shredded 1 medium diced onion2 Scallions chopped 2 clove Garlic chopped1/2 cup, chopped Carrots 3 cup Campbell's Chicken Broth 2 1/2 cups water1tbsp oilseasoning to taste
Directions
Cook chicken in 1/2 cup water until no longer pink

Chop your veggies while the chicken is cooking.

Remove chicken from pot, drain and clean pot.

Put stove to medium add oil to pot, followed by all the veggies. Cook until the onions are getting translucent. (about 5 minutes)
Add the shredded chicken, chicken broth and water. Cover and simmer for approx 30 minutes.
Server and enjoy
