Ingredients
One peeled orangeOne apple, cored and chopped, peeled or not, your choice, I don't peel1tsp lemon juicesugar or splenda to sweeten if you want.5 cup cold water
Directions
Makes 1 big smoothie

This was on a French TV cooking show--simple and good. Peel the orange and chunk up, throw in blender, core apple, chunk up, throw in blender. Add lemon juice and sugar if you are going to use it, then about 1/3-1/2 cup cold water. Blend til well blended.
