James's easy vegan chili

Ingredients
1 can black beans (1.75 cups)1 can yellow corn (1.75 cups)1 can diced tomatoes (1.75 cups)1 can olives, sliced or crushed1 medium onion, chopped minced garlic cloves to taste, or use granulated1 tsp Cumin (ground)1 tsp Chili powder 1 small can of diced green chiles (or use chopped fresh chiles, or use Ro-Tel in place of the tomatoes, etc.)
Directions
Toss everything into a 2-quart pot and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the onions are done enough for you.

Serving Size: Serves 2 to 4, depending on how hungry you are
