Flax Meal Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 1/2 C flax meal2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp oregano1 tbsp sucralose3 tbsp oil3 eggs1/2 C water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients and mix very well.

Let set for about 5 minutes to thicken.

Spread onto pan lined with greased parchment.

Bake 15-18 minutes at 425 F.

    Make sure to FULLY bake this BEFORE adding toppings. If you don't, it will be mushy. It's not like real pizza crust, but it'll do until you can eat more carbs. - 7/10/09
