Whoopee Pie:0.13 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.25 tsp Baking Soda 4 large Egg white, fresh 0.25 cup Coconut flour (1/2 cup dry - 80grams) 0.13 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt 2 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened 4 tbsp Agave Syrup - Blue AgavePeanut Butter Frosting0.13 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt 4 tbsp Adams 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 2 tbsp Agave Syrup - Blue Agave .5 stick Butter, salted
For Whoopee Pies:
Mix all pie ingredients together thoroughly. Spoon by the tablespoon onto baking sheet; Bake for 7-9 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
Mix all ingredients till well blended. Using a frosting bag, fill one cookies center with frosting, place second cookie on top.
Serving Size: Makes 6 sandwiches
