Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Ingredients
5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 32 oz Ham, Sugardale boneless (by SLEEPYPAULA) 5.5 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) .50 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese .5 cup, sliced Onions, raw
Directions
Ham can either be slices or chunked. I prefer chunked, as easier to eat. Peel and cut potatoes into thick slices. Slice onion, thinly. Layer 1/2 ham, 1/2 potatoes and then 1/2 onions. Top with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c cheese. Repeat layering and cook on high for 3/4 hours or low for 6/8 hours.
