Ingredients
* Ground Turkey, 1 lb raw * Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) * Egg substitute, like Egg Beaters, 1/2 Cup (equal to 2 eggs) * Oatmeal- Plain, 1/2 Cup * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Garlic Parmesan seasoning, optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Divide into 36 meatballs and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes. I use a toaster/convection oven because of electricity so cooking times may vary. Should check after 20 minutes. We serve with long grain rice and gravy. Makes 12 servings, 3 meatballs per serving. Hope you enjoy.

Let me begin by saying I liked this a lot, was a good change from my everyday menus. Next I thawed 2# of Turkey, but not enough spinach so I just grated a zucchini into them as well and used panko bread crumbs instead of oatmeal. I also kicked them up with herbs and red peppers! Yum! - 9/4/08

Wonderful!!! I substituted the onion with green onion and oatmeal with bread crumbs. I also added some garlic and paprika. My son And I LOVED it!!! Will definately make again. - 8/7/08

Used 2 real eggs for clean eating instead of chemical-laden liquid eggs. Added some breadcrumbs (after oatmeal) to thicken. Delicious and will make soon again, but intend to add oregano and black pepper to ramp up the flavor. - 6/16/17

Really easy but next time I think I'll give the spinach time to thaw. Frozen hands were no fun! - 1/26/11

I make a similar version of these but I always stuff reduced fat mozarella cheese in the middle which adds a nice suprise, I also add fresh minced garlic and parmesan cheese - 11/2/08
