2 cup Namaste Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend (by JANIS-IRENE) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground .5 tsp Ginger, ground .5 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 dash Salt 1.3 serving fresh pumpkin 1 cup (by PLATINUMCIN) 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .66 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 16 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
Preheat to 425 degrees.
Mix dry, mix wet, add dry to wet.
Add mix to oiled cupcake holders.
Bake at 425 for 5 minutes, then turn down to 350 for another 13 minutes.
