SWEET ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST

.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Celery Salt 4 MED Chicken Breast (UNCOOKED), no skin2 Ice cubes
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and celery salt and stir until blended. set aside.
Take heavy duty aluminum foil and create a bowl with all four sides. Can be large enough for all 4 breast or can wrap breast individually. Place chicken breast in center of foil, rub the brown sugar mixture over both sides of the breast.
Place 2 ice cubs in the foil with the breast.
Fold the long sides of the foil, rolling the top to create a tent. Close the ends to keep the steam inside.
Cook for 1 hour. Check the breast to be sure they are done. If not completely done cook another half hour. Frozen chicken takes 2 hours to cook thoroughly.
Unwrap the chicken and serve.
Goes great with brown rice and steamed vegetables
