Onion & Red Pepper Burgers

Ingredients
Lean Minced Beef - 750gRed Peppers (finally diced) - 98gOnion (finally diced) - 75g
Directions
-Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C
- place all ingerdients in a bowl and using your hands mix together.
- Add salt & pepper or seasonings to taste
- Split into 6 pattys and place them on an oven tray
- cook them in the oven for 30ish minutes (or untill the juices coming out the pattys are clear) i did about 15 minutes each side.
