Smashed cauliflower with garlic and tahini

Ingredients
3 cup Cauliflower-Steamed (by BELLANICHOLE) 1 tsp Better Than Bouillion Reduced Sodium Chicken Base (by RHONDAVUE) 1 oz Neufchatel Cheese 1 tbsp Sour Cream 1 dash Pepper, black .1 tsp Salt, table (by GRANMACHERI) .3 tbsp Tahini 2 clove Garlic
Directions
steam the cauliflower until soft
Smash/Mash the cauliflower in a bowl while hot and add the other ingredients until well blended.

Taste will grow stronger the longer it melds together. Ready at once or for later meals.
