Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
1.5 cup Northern Catch Wild Alaska Pink Salmon 1 large Egg, beaten0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.5 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs1 tbsp Lemon juice 0.5 tsp Rosemary, dried 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Flake salmon with a fork. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Form into 4 patties. Heat oil on non-stick griddle and cook burgers on both sides until heated through.
