1551 grams Red Potato 16 oz Onion, sweet, raw 907 grams Carrots, raw 6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 16 oz BEEF STEW MEAT (lean 4 oz.) (by TTENACITY) 4 cup Beef Broth Swanson 50% less sodium 1 Cup=1 serv 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 medium Rutabagas
Peel and chop all vegetables. Cut Beef into desired size. Spray stock pot with Pam. Brown meat and onions. Add vegetables beef broth and water bring to a boil. Reduce heat and do a low boil for approx. 1-1.5 hours or until everything is tender.
