2 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw 5 serving Honeysuckle brand Sweet Italian Sausage made w/Lean Turkey (by JDGONZALES) .5 cup Seasoning Blend frozen veggies, Pictsweet (by ELVENCAT) 4 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh 2 clove Garlic 8 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 4 serving (Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by MS_MAYZEE) .5 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
Saute Seasoning blend and garlic until tender. Take sausage out of casings and crumble while cooking with spatula until done . Add kale and chicken broth. Cook for about 10 minutes or until kale is wilted and soft. In the mean time, cut squash in half and bake at 375 for about 15 to 20 min. Stuff with sausage mixture in the four halfs. Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese and cook about another 15 to 20 min until squash is soft. Enjoy! ( When you tear your kale up, make sure you have four cups of tightly packed kale.
