6 tbsp butter, salted 6 large eggs1 cup milk, nonfat 1 cup (8 fl oz) water1/2 tsp salt 2 cups all purpose flour
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Grease LARGE muffin tins well
3. In medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy
4. Melt butter in a small bowl
5. Transfer beaten eggs to large mixing bowl. Add milk, water, salt, and melted butter.
6. Mix using a handheld power mixer. Gradually add in flour and continue to mix until mixed thoroughly.
7. Fill greased muffin tins 1/3 full with mixture
8. Bake on the middle rack for 45 minutes
