Twisted Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients
2 pkgs (4 servings each) Jello Instant sugar free fat free vanilla pudding1 qt Cold milk (1%)2 cups low fat whipped topping1 (12 oz.) angelfood cake, cut into 1/2" cubes.1/3 cp orange juice3 cp fresh strawberries, sliced5 squares white baking chocolate, grated (optional, nutritional calculations do not include this)
Directions
Prepare pudding mixes with milk in large bowl according to package directions. Gently stir in whipped topping. Place cake cubes in another large bowl. Drizzle with orange juice, toss to coat. Place 1/2 of cubes in a deep serving dish. Cover with layers of half each of pudding mixture, strawberries and chocolate( if used). Repeat. Refrigerate for 30 min before serving.
