0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.25 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 8 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Onion powder 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste and add any other seasonings desired. Add additional water if needed for desired consistency. Cook over medium low heat in an oiled pan
