Ingredients
4 serving Onion,Large Yellow Onion Sliced (1/4" thick) per slice (by 19TB61) 1 serving 10 baby carrots raw 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 2 serving Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge) 2 serving Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle .25 serving Jalapeno Pepper Slices, Pickled - 15 (by DEBINAROS) .5 cup Half and Half Cream 1 serving Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits) 1 1tsp Canola Oil 0.11 oz Garlic Clove (raw) 1 (3 grams) (by TONYA46) 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Dice onion, garlic, carrots and celery. Cook in canola using a large pot until soft. Add broth and potatoes, season with pepper. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add jalapenos and cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Just before serving stir in the half and half and bacon.
