Pumpkin Turkey Chili

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers4 cloves Garlic, minced1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin 20 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 14.5 oz can Market Pantry Diced Tomatoes 15 oz can Publix canned Pumpkin 15 oz Simply Balanced Organic Cannellini Beans - mashed(optional) 1 cup Pumpkin Beer or beer of your choice.5 tsp Morton Coarse Kosher Salt (by WOMACKFAM5) .25 tsp Pepper, black pinch of cayenne - to taste
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add in onions, peppers, and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in inn chili powder and cumin
Add ground turkey and cook until brown
Add in mashed or whole beans, tomatoes, pumpkin, beer and salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Reduce to simmer and cover for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
