Refreshing Water

Ingredients
9 cups of water (tap, bottled, etc)1 tsp freshly grated ginger root1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced1 medium lemon, thinly sliced12 peppermint leaves
Directions
1. Peel the ginger root before grating it. It doesn't take much to get a tsp of freshly grated ginger root. and put into pitcher.
2. Peel the cucumber then slice it very thinly and add it to pitcher.
3. Wash the lemon well, then thinly slice and add to pitcher.
4. Wash the peppermint leaves and add to pitcher.
5. Add the water to the pitcher and put into the refrigerator overnight.

Makes 9 1-cup servings, enough for a full day's worth of tasty water!
