Brasilian Black Bean Soup

1 large can (39 oz) black beans drained1 c. salsa100 g. baby carrots2 T. cumin3 cloves garlic (or more to taste)1 T. olive oil1/2c. onion2 T. dried cilantro1 c. chicken or veg stock

Puree all in blender. Serve with chopped fresh cilantro.
