Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
Ingredients: *Smart Balance Mayonnaise Omega Plus, 1 cupSpinach, canned, 1.75 cup *GV Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 56 gram(s) *GV Parmesan, Fontina, Asiago, Romano Cheese Blend, 56 gram(s) Artichokes, canned, 1 cup *Onion powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
* Drain spinach and artichokes. Heat oven to*350. Finely chop arichokes, adding spinach at the end, chopping it into the artichokes. In 9" roung baking pan (cake pan) add mayonnaise, garlic powder, pepper and cheeses. Fold chopped vegetables into mayo and cheese mixture. Place in oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Enjoy!

Goes great with celery sticks, low sodiom crackers (I prefer Low Sodium Wheat Thins), carrot sticks, and wheat toast.
