1 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 2 tbsp Almond Butter 2 tbsp *Flax Seed 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 3 serving Quest Protein Powder Multi Purpose Mix (28g) (by TWOCHICSLNE) 6 tsp Splenda 1 cup Oat Bran 1 cup Peanut Butter, chunk style
Baked at 350. Mixed all ingredients together and then rolled in some extra oats. Kids liked to drizzle chocolate on theirs. They had no idea they were eating a protein breakfast cookie.
I thought about adding chopped nuts to it or raisins, still perfecting the recipe.
