Grandma's Veggie Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Large Onion, diced2 Cloves Garlic, minced1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced1 Cup Zucchini, grated1 Cup Carrots, grated2 6oz cans Tomato Paste2 32oz cans Crushed Tomatoes32 oz Tomato Juice1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce1 Teaspoon Sugar2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano2 Teaspoons Dried Basil2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
Directions
Heat oil in dutch oven, add onions and saute over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and vegetables, saute for another 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for about an hour. Makes 12 1-cup servings
